Battle Pass

The Battle Pass is a progression system that grants various seasonal rewards for playing THE FINALS.

Overview

Earning XP through playing rounds and completing contracts will count towards Battle Pass progression. Early levels require 6,000 XP, middle levels require 9,000 XP, and later levels require 12,000 XP. Introduced in Season 2, levels on bonus pages require substantially more XP to unlock.

The Battle Pass rewards a cosmetic item at most levels, and in some cases, a small amount of Multibucks. When a Battle Pass level is unlocked, the corresponding item is permanently unlocked for the player, or the Multibucks are added to the player's balance. Non-bonus Battle Pass levels can also be unlocked by spending 150 (each) instead of earning XP.

The Battle Pass comes in multiple tiers. These are Free, Premium, Premium+, and Ultimate (added in Season 7). All contestants have the Free Battle Pass by default, which only includes some rewards and 375. Premium costs 1,150 and unlocks most other rewards. Premium+ costs 2,400 and is the same as Premium, but unlocks 20 Battle Pass levels immediately upon purchase (excluding bonus page levels). Ultimate costs $29.99 and includes all previous benefits, as well as extra 'elite' skins, 1,000, a 25% match XP boost for the whole season, and 20 levels immediately unlocked.

Legacy Battle Passes

Legacy Battle Passes (introduced in Season 7 do not contain Multibucks or Bonus Pages (Levels 97-106). If contestant previously owned a Premium or Ultimate Battle Pass for that season, they can finish completing it.

A Legacy Battle Pass can be re‑unlocked or purchased three seasons after the original Battle Pass’s release.

Once a Legacy Pass is bought, its rewards can be unlocked using STs (Show Tokens). Contestants can earn STs by playing any game mode, regardless of whether they won or lost, even if they don’t own a Legacy Pass. At any given time, a maximum of 50 STs can be held.
