Starbounder is a series of films in THE FINALS universe, most likely either produced or sponsored by COMETA.

Based on film titles, marketing slogans, and related item descriptions the films stories and general plot is centred around the space adventures of a hero named Starbounder, who often opposes a faction named Zolgabar, stereotypical villains with a slogan "V.O.S - Victory Over Starbounder".

The film franchise has devoted fans in THE FINALS universe that build intricate theories about the films and their inconsistencies, likely caused by length of the franchise and several iterations of directors, producers and writers.

Story

The exact story of the franchise or any particular film is unknown, but taking into account related item descriptions, it is fair to say that all Starbounder films share a similar story pattern: the Zolgabar plots to eliminate Starbounder during his adventures, but ultimately fail.

Starbounder is presented as a guardian of the citizens of the universe.

Zolgabar forces are usually represented by a trio, as suggested by the description of HOT WORK BOOTS - "Sixteen times he has watched Starbounder destroy his work, and sixteen times he has walked back in to start again.":

Starbounder is played by Atlas Crane, an actor who for some unknown reason refuses to be called by his real name, according to the ATLAS CRANE description: "Only his mother gets to call him that. No, like... seriously." This is also evident in his correction of June during his appearance in the Community Highlights video^[1]:

According to the CRANE CLASSICS description, Atlas Crane cannot seem to tell the difference between the film's plot and reality. This heavily implies that Atlas truly believes he is the real Starbounder.
