Easter eggs and other secrets found in the NOZOMI/CITADEL arena.

Arcade Tickets

In the lead up to Season 7, Embark Studios CCO Rob Runesson revealed that four interactive Easter eggs would be in the upcoming NOZOMI/CITADEL arena, each trigger-able in some way. One would arrive at launch, the second in update 7.3.0, the third in 7.6.0, and the fourth in 7.9.0.[1]

On Season 7 launch day, player/hunter Lucas discovered the first Easter egg in the form of a small carriable Nama Tama ticket hidden behind an electrical box in the South-West corner of the arena. There are four machines in the arcade that say 'INSERT NAMA TOKEN TO PLAY' and '0/4 PLAYERS READY', and walking this ticket into one would insert it, update the display to 'PLAYER READY', and increment the counter on all machines by one. Soon afterwards, hunter Toxena found a second ticket in a pipe on a building close by, and inserting both tickets into separate machines set the player counter to 2/4. The next day, a third ticket on the South side of the arena was discovered by player Tõnis, and a fourth was found in a tree on the Cyber Cafe by hunter Will. Inserting all four tickets into separate machines updated their displays to read: "LEVEL 1 DOWNLOADING ..."

Rob reacted to the finding of the first ticket while talking to Community Lead Oscar on stream. On the topic of the four interactive Easter eggs, he said: "so there are three, no it's four triggerable, activatable [...] you need to stay together as a team, and you need to work together, and you need to-".[2]
