Dede is one of THE FINALS' original contestants. Known for her cool demeanor and long-time experience, she has attained an iconic and legendary status in the eyes of the audience.
Dede is the face the Early Talent Program and alongside Jax, guides new contestants on how to compete when they join THE FINALS for the first time. She uses the the Medium Build with R .357 and Healing Beam.
Her design is based on a character that appeared in multiple original teaser-trailers for the THE FINALS, before the official release. Dede is named after Embark developer - Dusty Gustafsson, who has a nickname "Dede" in the studio.
History
Not much is known about Dede's personal and professional life, but she has been participating in THE FINALS "since the very begging". This might imply that Dede is decently old in the Meatspace.
As one of the oldest contestants she have been competing against Scotty and presumably S-Team. Later, during his career, he would visit Dede very often, because she was sponsored by OSPUZE, who provided her with a big supply of their drinks.
Her competitive history and achievements are not very well known to us, but considering that she still competes and known for her adaptability, she probably is making a career by taking rookies into her team and makes a bet on their unpredictability and absence of information about their skill.
Dede had a lot of sponsors throughout her lengthy career with many of their logos being present on 
According to her, some of the Gadgets and Specializations exist or were changed, because she "wouldn't shut up about it". So she has a strong influence on MultiCo, presumably because of her fame.
