Velare is a contestant in THE FINALS that is presumably decently popular. He does not seek the triumph in the Arena and his real motives are unknown. He seems to be looking for someone or trying to get her attention. Velare is shown using a Medium Build with Chimera-XB and Healing Beam.
History
Nothing is known about Velare before joining THE FINALS and success on the Arena. He seems to be a very talented performer, so possibly he has a history of acting. He is known to play many musical instruments as suggested by emote bundle.
In-game there are two outfits, that seem to depict him at two different points in time. First variant shows him recently joining THE FINALS, after getting popularity on the FEEDME platform. Second variant depicts him after spending some time in the Arena. Notably in this variant he seems to be sponsored by IVADA.
charm has "131" carved on it and a unique Quote while using "Hype" ping - "You can't shut down the truth. I have 131 reasons to be here.". Related to him skin also has "Vossler knows" scribbled on it. Several of his items also reference fire, flames and ashes. All this points to Three Frogs Vignette where among other things it was revealed that "Fuel technicians missing at DISSUN facility in sector 131"[1]. All this might mean that the person Velare is looking for went missing in this accident. It is possible he thinks that his beloved one's consciousness was digitalised or thinks she did not perish in the accident.
