Not to be confused with the Head2Head Event
Head 2 Head captures that Final Round experience, a 3v3 round where Respawns are faster and unlimited. Look out for an all new Gameshow Event, the Nedstrike, that will have you fleeing in terror!
Head-2-Head was a 3v3 version of the Cashout similar to the Final Round World Tour version of the Cashout. It initially took place only on 4 arenas: Bernal, Kyoto, Las Vegas and Monaco, which had an exclusive to this mode Game Show Event named Nedstrike. Later number of playable arenas have been expanded to 10 with addition of Fortune Stadium, Las Vegas Stadium, NOZOMI/CITADEL, Seoul, Skyway Stadium and SYS$HORIZON, but Nedstrike stayed available only on 4 original arenas.
Game mode was available as a part of Head2Head Event from August 14, 2025 to September 10, 2025. In Season 8, right after the end of the event, Head2Head replaced Terminal Attack as a new permanent Quickplay gamemode .
Game Mode Rules:
- Single match
- Unlimited respawn credits
- During Nedstrike game show event, a massive humanoid that resembled a hammer shark would appear beyond the arena boundaries and start throwing debris at the contestants. Thrown debris dealt large amount of damage capable of destroying structures.
Hit the locker room Contestants, it’s time to suit up for SUPER CASHBALL!
Super Cashball was a 5v5 team sports themed game mode, where the goal was to score points by getting the Cashball in the opponents goal. It took place exclusivly at event arena - CA$HBALL STADIUM. This game mode was part of the Super Cashball Event.
Game mode was available from June 24, 2025 to August 7, 2025.
Game Mode Rules:
Contestants can score points by throwing the Ball in the opponent's goal. Amount of recieved points from one goal can be multiplied up to 3 times if the Cashball was passed between teammates before hitting the goal.
- No passes: 1 point
- 1 pass: 2 ponts
- 2 or more passes: 3 points
A pass counts even if the ball touches the ground, so long as the next person who grabs it is on the same team.
Each goal has a penalty zone around it, and if a player from the opposing team steps inside, they get Glitched. A Glitched player can’t pick up or carry the ball, nor can they use Gadgets or Specializations.
Matches are split into two five-minute halves with a short halftime in between, where contestants can change between fixed loadouts.
After time in the second half runs out the match ends, unless the ball is still in the air, giving contestants a chance to score the last goal right before match ends. Timer also can be extended by 30 seconds if losing team scored in the last 30 seconds.
At the end the team with the bigger score wins. If it's a tie, the first team that reached the tied score will win.
Players can hit and eliminate each other, but it does not count towards the goal of the game mode, and only surves as a way to "bench" the opponent for 5 seconds, until they can respawn nearby their goal.
Contestants could only choose from three premade loadouts, each representing specific team role. They can't change the loadout during the match, only at the half time break. Some abilities have been adjusted to fit the balancing of the game mode.
